Implied Powers: Powers that aren't directly states, but you can assume that they have.
Expressed Powers: Powers that are stated that they have.

Requirements for Office:
House:
Senate:
- They must be living in the State in which they were elected.
- They must be at least 25-years-old.
- They must have been a citizen for at least 7 years.
Senate:
- They must be living in the State in which they were elected.
- They must be at least 30-years-old.
- They must have been a citizen for at least 9 years.
